Three things we come for.
One thing they’re built on.

Fun

Potlucks, river days, dancing, nights out. Depth and a good time are not opposites.

Healing

Old patterns met, felt, and moved through — with people rather than alone.

Growth

Playing at the edge of our capacity and expanding to hold more.

Relationships

The foundation for it all

What people are saying.

“This book and our discussions is really making me look in the mirror and at the way I walk in my own life — in the best, most uncomfortable way. And I feel myself growing.”
The morning after book club
“It unshackled a part of me that has been dormant for so long, and I had more fun than I anticipated learning how to fight.”
After conscious combat
“I love being in a space where I know I can be challenged on my ideas, but in a supportive way aimed to assist me in ascending mentally, physically, and spiritually.”
Since becoming a member
“Thanks for a great weekend and providing that space for me and the other guys. Super exhausted today, physically and emotionally, but I’ve been more grounded than ever.”
After the 2024 men’s retreat
“I’m now connected with an awesome network of spiritual minded men, and I’ve made connections I’m confident will last a lifetime.”
On what book club provides
“Made me feel really proud of myself to participate in an event like that. What you do, your purpose, has a strong impact around you.”

Areas we play in:

Psyche and ego

Working with the mind, conscious awareness, and self-perception as a basis for self-understanding.

Shadow

Befriending parts of Self that have been banished and unpredictably create suffering.

Belief work

Identifying and reprogramming conditioning.

Nervous system regulation

What your body does under pressure, and how to stay in the room anyway.

Somatic integration

Working below the level of thought. Insight you can feel is the kind that stays.

Emotional processing

Feeling the whole thing through instead of managing it down to something easier to carry.

Authentic expression

Saying the true thing out loud, in front of people who won’t flinch.

Masculine and feminine

Harmonizing both, in yourself and across the room.

Nature

Grounding in natural law and enjoying mother earth with those who get it.

Before you come

The questions everyone asks.

Is this therapy?

Technically no, and it isn't a replacement for therapy. However, this can be therapeutic. Plenty of people experience healing relationships with the same or opposite gender. Many walk away from gatherings with insight and understanding.

The reason it works is simple. Patterns and traumas mostly occur in relationship. It requires relationship to reveal and heal a lot of these programs and experiences.

How did this start?

This started as a brotherhood in 2023 with a 3 day 2 night retreat that quickly turned into weekly gatherings for men to establish relationships that brought the greatness out of each other.

After noticing a lack of conversation depth and mindfulness, we decided to start a book club where we read life improving material together. This turned into what we became known for and our most regular gathering.

About a year into book club, early 2025, women were wanting to get involved. 10+ women reached out saying they wanted to be a part of the book club.

We never had the intention to open it up to women, but it was apparent that is the direction this wanted to move in.

Now, we are embracing this phase of integration where men and women are coming together while still creating spaces for men to do men's work and women to do women's work.

Is this a men's group?

There is a men's group component, and there is so much more than just that. Men's work was the start of this and there are still spaces designed for men to call one another forward. It incorporates women's work and provides anyone with spaces for them to explore their inner world with others who are on the same journey.

Is this a religious group?

No. There is no common belief in a higher power or nature of reality. The thing that unites us is the inward journey of self acceptance, self forgiveness, and self love.

How do I get involved?

The best way is to find an event that you want to attend and come participate. If you have a friend in Mantras already, they can connect you to others who you would get along well with.

If you're all about Mantras, you can become a member to get access to more events and an onboarding process that helps with your integration into the community.

Do I have to be a member?

No. A good part of the calendar is open to anyone. Members get the standing rooms that aren't listed publicly, come free to the open events, and pay a third less for the bigger ones.

What does it cost?

Open events are free for members and priced individually for everyone else. Membership is $77.77 a month, or $777 for the year. What's included.
